ABOUT
The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide a Christian-based organization that provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, food, clothing, mental health care resources, and other supportive community building services for men, women, their families, seniors, veterans, individuals re-entering society after prison, the disabled, and those who are at risk and/or already homeless. We provide community building services which will provide access to health / mental health services, therapeutic services, counseling, substance abuse rehabilitation, self-esteem and social skills building seminars, job search assistance services, and social activities for our participants. The intent of the program is to help this portion of the population maintain a life of dignity and independence by providing them with shelter and services that enable them to have a roof over their head and to avoid premature and unnecessary recidivism, institutionalization, or homelessness.
We strive to improve the quality and quantity of services in the field of mental health assistance, substance abuse rehabilitation, medical assistance, including transportation services, outreach, and case management. Our program will also offer a food pantry program, teaching, training, and tutoring, economic literacy, violence prevention, and other computer literacy, crisis counseling for the disadvantaged. Our program will focus on specific outreach activities, crisis counseling education, self-sufficiency values, pre-employment training for ex-felons, veterans, youths, and adults, along with general anti-hunger and mental depression participation. Our program will require community participation to help to rebuild the infrastructure in the community. Our program provides positive structures for participating individuals and is designed to have performance indicators and measurable outcomes, with leadership development services in all categories.

- Conflict resolution activities that focus on poverty, hunger, homelessness and substance abuse;
- Self-esteem improvement and development activities that enhance the process of delinquency prevention and create a new hope and feeling of self-worth;
- Values clarification activities that participants identify their values and assist them in making positive decisions about their actions and understanding the consequences of those actions;
- Mentoring activities that provide positive support and role models for at-risk youths, adults, people with special needs and their families using innovative techniques and various types of mentors;
- Family support activities.
